No Refunds
Geselle Marie does not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.
Booking / Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment with Geselle Marie at Hair By Geselle, a credit card must be kept on file. While we appreciate a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.
For cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee covers the time specifically reserved for you on our schedule. Thank you for acknowledging and accepting this policy when booking your appointment.
No Call / No Shows
Please be advised that failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the service. No refunds will be given, and no exceptions will be made. Additionally, please note that a no-show may result in the inability to schedule future appointments with Geselle Marie. We appreciate your respect for our time and commitment to providing quality service.
Cell Phones & Devices
To ensure a relaxing and undisturbed experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you keep your cell phones on silent or use headphones during your appointment.
Tardiness
We have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you anticipate running late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you text us to inform us of your expected arrival time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may forfeit your appointment entirely, and a charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services will be applied. Repeated lateness may result in the inability to schedule future services with Geselle Marie.
No Additional Guests / Children / Animals
To maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all our guests, please note that Geselle Marie does not permit children, animals, or extra guests without an appointment in the salon.
Not Feeling Well
If you or someone in your household are not feeling well, whether it is a cough, running nose, fever or body aches, your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a grace period of 14 days.
Redo Policy
Geselle is committed to providing the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you experience any challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within 10 days of your service. We will be happy to make any necessary adjustments for you. Please note that restrictions may apply.
Chemical Service Guarantee
Chemical services are only guaranteed if you invest in shampoo and conditioner from our salon directly. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting. Complimentary adjustments are not available during color corrections or if you had previous box dye in your hair. Geselle does not issue refunds.
Deposit
For longer services Geselle may require 50% non refundable deposit to secure all color booking. If you cancel your appointment your deposit will remain as a credit in your account and can be used for future services. In the event you cancel your appointment within 24hours prior to the scheduled time or you “no show” you deposit will be forfeited, for time on my schedule, no exceptions.
IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GESELLE MARIE
